Personal Information

The information collected is used only for studying people’s opinion as the profiler information is used for categorizing you, in order to automate the process of sending surveys specific to your demographics. Once the onboarding process is completed, you become empanelled (and henceforth will be referred to as a respondent/panelist).

The collected personal data is used for the following purposes:

  1. To send invitations to participate in surveys through a questionnaire
  2. To execute a profiling study to garner more information
  3. To respond to a support based issue
  4. To validate answers you’ve provided in a recent survey we carried out on behalf of our clients
  5. To update and ensure that our records of personal information is true and correct.

Occasionally, we may contact you for one of these other purposes:

  1. To gather information to provide any other form of incentive offering
  2. To ask for your permission to use personal information for a purpose that was not explained to you when your information was first collected.

When you complete a survey that we carry out, that survey might ask for personal opinions, as well as demographic information, such as age and household composition. You may refuse to answer certain questions or discontinue participation in a study at any time. Refusing to answer questions might disqualify you from completing the survey and getting rewarded for it.



All research houses are only permitted to seek your opinions and preferences about relevant topics. Your contact information will not be shared and you will not be the target of marketing messages in any form by joining I AM LIKE THIS ONLY or visiting this site.

The sign-up process is quite simple.

You need to enter your details and will receive a link to your mailbox. Your first survey will be to provide information about yourself and your interests. Upon completion, 25 points will be automatically credited to your account.

YYou will be selected to participate in specific surveys based on your inputs – and will be intimated via e-mail and SMS. The survey will be administered online – sent via a link to your mailbox. And you can check your account status anytime to know about the points you have earned. These surveys can last from 5 to 60 minutes and in most cases can be done at your leisure.

What do I need to do to start receiving free paid online surveys?

All you need to do to get started is to fill out the short signup form on the home page of our website and click “submit”. Then, check your email and confirm that you have subscribed to iamlikethisonly.in by clicking on the link provided in the email that we will send you. It’s that simple.

When should I expect to receive my first paid survey?

You should receive your first paid survey shortly after you have submitted your information through our signup form. The survey will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided on the signup form. You are eligible from the minute you complete the sign-up to receive surveys. Therefore, you could receive an invitation right away. However, you should receive your first survey within two or three weeks. It really depends on your profile information and the current needs of the organizations.

What exactly will IALTO send me?

IALTO will send you e-mail invitations to paid surveys.

How much money will I earn for completing a given survey?

The money earned for completing a survey depends on the survey and on the company for whom you are completing the survey. Usually, the longer the survey, the greater the pay. In general, the amount will vary between 30 up to 250 INR for each survey that you complete.

How will I get paid and by whom?

You will get paid by IALTO.

Will all surveys pay cash?

Yes, through Cheque, Bank Transfer or Vouchers.

How To Make A Payout?

To make a payout you first need to choose a payout method.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on “Redeem Rewards”.
  3. When you’ve reached $6.25, you can get your reward by clicking on the update button.
  4. You can choose to redeem your incentives as a Cheque.
  5. Click “Update”.
I have not been active for a while and now there is no points (money) in my panel account. Why?

The points do become inactive on the account if the panelist has not been active for a certain amount of time. A record of the points is still there, they just do not show on the balance. To reactivate the points, you must send an email to ask@krea.in. If you have been inactive for longer periods of time, your registration in the community may have been deleted.

What if I want to cancel/unsubscribe?

You may unsubscribe from IALTO at any time. Log in to your panel account and simply follow the steps to unsubscribe and we will stop sending you any future e-mails immediately.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on “Unsubscribe”.
  3. Check the box “Do you really want to unsubscribe”.
  4. Click “Unsubscribe”.
  5. Click “OK”
How many surveys should I expect to receive per month?

This may vary depending on your profile (i.e. your gender, age, location, profession etc) and the needs of our clients. Normally, you’d receive from 1 to 5 surveys per month.

How much do I have to pay for this service?

This service offered to you by IALTO is completely free of charge. We will never ask you for any money in any way. No catch.

I want to receive more surveys and earn more money.

The more profile information you provide when you register, the more likely you are to receive survey invites. On registering we also ask how frequently you would like to participate. We aim to match the number of surveys with your interest in completing surveys.

Can I invite my friends to join?

We encourage you to invite them to join.

Can rewards be paid by Vouchers or Mobile Wallets?

Yes. We provide rewards in form of Vouchers vis-à-vis BookMyShow, Flipkart, BigBazaar or through PayTM because they are efficient systems, widely used and respected. It allows us to keep administration costs lower, and to pay our panelists quickly and easily.

How To Change Your Email Address

To change your email address please send an email to support (panelsupport@krea.in) including your old email address that you receive surveys to and the new email address that you would like your surveys sent to. Please also include for security reasons your postcode and year of birth. Once these are received, your email address will be updated.

How To Recover Your Username/Password

If you have forgotten your Username or Password please follow the steps below.

  1. Click Reset Password
  2. Click on the link “Forgot Password?”.
  3. Enter your email address that you receive the surveys to.
  4. Click on the grey box “Reset Password”.
  5. A new Password will be sent to your email address.

If you get a message that you are using an invalid email address, check that your Browser accept Cookies (Including third party Cookies). You can also try to use another Browser to see if this helps.

I tried to log into my IALTO Panel account, but instead I logged into the account of another panel that I am also a member of. How is that possible?

IALTO is a member of Cint OpinionHUB (former Cint Panel Exchange (CPX)), and if you are a member of other panels that are also in the HUB network, it is possible to log into these panels from the IALTO website. You need to use the correct username and password for your IALTO account in order to log into the correct panel account.

I have tried to log in to my panel account, but I fail. Why can’t I log in?

Please check the following settings on your computer:

  1. Ensure that cookies are enabled
  2. Ensure that ISP settings are not blocking access to our website
  3. Ensure that your browser does not block access to our website
  4. Ensure that your anti-virus settings accept our website
  5. Ensure that your firewall settings accept our website
  6. Ensure that you add the community website as a Trusted Site on your internet browser
  7. Passwords are case sensitive and check that your Caps Lock is switched off

Yes. This is IALTO’s Facebook page for discussing and networking among registered users and all the details of Winners of Sweepstakes competition will be intimated and declared on our Facebook page.

When I click on the survey link, it says that the survey is closed/ or that my quota is full, why?

Survey closed means that one of the following has occurred: The survey has been completed. Normally surveys are active for 2-7 days. The desired number of answers has been collected for this survey. Some surveys automatically close due to inactivity, typically after 10-15 minutes.

Quota full means that the survey is full of respondents within the targeted range. This can be either before the start of a survey, which is normally indicated as closed, or sometimes in the early stages of a survey where certain criteria within the survey becomes filled. This normally varies depending on the rate any given survey is responded to and the overall amount of responses needed by different people to fill a quota. Surveys where you receive “Quota Full” do not count as fully completed and incentives are not rewarded as the information is not used.

Why Do I Get Moved from One Survey To Another?

Surveys are sent automatically when your profile matches the requirements of the survey. However, there will be times when the survey is full or you are screened out and instead of terminating you from the survey the system automatically looks for other surveys that match your profile. In this way, you have the opportunity to participate in another survey.

I Get an Error On The Survey

An error can occur on a survey for a couple of reasons. 1. If cookies are not enabled the survey will not recognize you as the respondent when you reach the end page of the survey and you will receive timed out. Please make sure that you have your cookies enabled. 2. When a survey is left open for an extended period of time the browser session expires and you will be timed out from the survey. In this case it is not possible to start the survey again or for a new link to be sent.

I can’t open the survey/ the link don’t work

In order to answer surveys, your computer must accept cookies.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 7 or 8:

  1. Click Start > Control Panel. (With WindowsXP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel).
  2. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  3. Select the Privacy tab.
  4. Click Advanced.
  5. Select “Override automatic cookie handling” under the “Cookies” section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
  6. Select the “Accept” or “Prompt” option under “First-party Cookies.”
  7. Select the “Accept” or “Prompt” option under “Third-party Cookies.” (If you select the “Prompt” option, you’ll be asked for approval every time a website attempts to send you a cookie.)
  8. In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is used for an origin website to send state information to a user’s browser and for the browser to return the state information to the origin site. The state information can be used for authentication, identification of a user session, user’s preferences, shopping cart contents, or anything else that can be accomplished through storing text data on the user’s computer.

Cookies cannot be programmed, cannot carry viruses, and cannot install malware on the host computer. However, they can be used by spyware to track user’s browsing activities—a major privacy concern that prompted European and US law makers to take action. Why Do I Not Get Any Surveys?

Surveys are sent automatically when your profile matches the requirements of the survey. We recommend that you fill in your profile with as much information as possible. That way it will be easier to match your profile to surveys that suit you.

Why Do I Get Asked The Same Questions Twice?

We always endeavour to find the right survey for you. There may be times that you are asked the same question more than once – once in our pre-screening phase (where we are looking for a survey to match your profile), and once in the actual survey itself (where we are verifying that you meet the survey’s criteria). Although it might seem like an inconvenience or a mistake that you are asked the same question more than once – rest assured that it isn’t and please bear with us through this quality process.

This process does two things:

a) it gives us a better chance of finding a survey for you.

b) provides better quality data to our clients who are looking for a certain type of person

What Does screen out means?

A screen out occurs when you are outside the target group for a given survey. Rather than consuming your time on answers that cannot be used the survey finishes early (normally within the first few questions). This can happen from time to time even if you have originally been selected to take part as some surveys require specific information. Surveys where you receive “screen out” do not count as fully completed and incentives are not rewarded as the information is not used.

Why is there a negative on my account?

Negative incentives can occur when someone completed a survey in a manner deemed inappropriate (bad or untruthful). We will not share with you which questions proved to be problematic for our clients. Below are some ways clients define “bad” or “untruthful” responses.

Survey Speeding

Every survey executed has an estimated time to complete. If you complete a survey in a time frame that does not fall within the range that is acceptable you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the community.

Inconsistent or Inaccurate Answers

If you provide answers that are not accurate and or inconsistent in any manner whatsoever you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel.

Red Herring questions

Clients, at times, will put questions in the survey multiple times or demand that you choose a specific answer to ensure you are being truthful and/or reading the entire survey question. If our client should find that your responses are unacceptable as per the red herring directive you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel./p>

Open End Questions

At times, clients will have a section within a survey that requests respondents to fill in their answers by writing them in, rather than selecting an answer from a set of pre-identified responses. If a response in Open Ended question is considered to contain language that is inappropriate, non-sensible, or not fitting for the question you will not qualify for the survey, receive an incentive and may be terminated from the panel.

Should I send my password and/or username to IALTO when something is wrong?

NO!! You shall never give away your log in details. Not to IALTO or Krea or to anyone else. We don’t need your password or username. We will use other information to find you in our system when you contact us.

I have got an e-mail asking for my personal details. What is a phishing email?

Sometimes you may receive an email falsely claiming to be from unknown entity. This is called “phishing” because the sender is “fishing” for your personal data. The goal is to trick you into clicking through to a fake or “spoof” website, or into calling a bogus customer service number where they can collect and steal your sensitive personal or financial information. If you have responded to a phishing email and provided any personal information, or if you think someone has used your account without permission, you should immediately change your password and security questions.

When you register, you provide details that include name, age, email address, residence address and contact numbers and your account is activated via an Activation Link sent to your registered email for your consent (This is also called a Double Opt-In). Additional information regarding your profession, years of service, specialization, leadership roles (associations /events) and publications are also collected.

Survey Responses:Your responses to survey questions are combined with those of other people and are tabulated only in the aggregate. Only non-identifiable and aggregated data will be shared with our clients, except in scenarios when fraudulent responses are escalated by Client, we may have to share data for quality assurance purposes. Any answers you provide to survey questions will remain entirely confidential.

Sale of a Business:We may transfer any information we have about you as an asset in connection with a merger or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings) involving all or part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization or other change in corporate control.

Legal:We may provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. We may also disclose personal information to assist us in collecting a debt owed by you, or otherwise where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

What are the various modes of communicating with you?

Our primary mode of communication is through Email (survey invitations) and we may reach out on calls and newer technology channels, as applicable, to invite you to participate in surveys, as follow-up and for processing honoraria.

Where is the data stored?

All our data are stored in a secure cloud space. We have created reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access. However, there is always some element of risk involved in sending personally identifiable information online as with any transmission over the internet.

The use of Cookies:

“Cookies” are small files that may be placed on your computer by a web site to facilitate and enhance your communication with our web site. We may use cookies to customize your visit to our service to make your visit more convenient or to enable us to enhance our interaction. We do not use cookies to automatically retrieve Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from your computer without your knowledge however use it to cross verify & monitor your participation through your IP address.

Does Krea work with third parties?

Regarding third-party suppliers, we do not use vendors but if needed (for any custom/acute project), we work only with partners who follow the ESOMAR (World Association for Research) and the ICC code of conduct and standards. Even in such instances, our partners assist only in conducting the interview with you (in-person with a Tab/iPad) while all the recruitment work is done at Krea’s end, ensuring all PII are maintained safe & confidential at our end and never share your PII to any third parties for any surveys, without your permission unless needed by law regulators.

What are the security systems in place?

We use industry-standard security technologies and procedures designed to help protect your information from unauthorized access. To ensure utmost security, all our systems use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) for all sampling, panel management and critical panelist information and only our panel management team has access to the information.

Sampling security:

  • Access to project information is only granted to our resource who creates each project.
  • Panelists are automatically logged off after a given period of non-activity.
  • Panelists must sign in using a username and password.
  • Respondents/Panelists reach their surveys by GUIDS (globally unique identifiers).

Panel management/DATA security:

  • Access panel and panelist information is only handled by Krea, the panel owner.
  • We use services of a leading international company, CINT, specialist in panel management solutions for managing our panel.
  • The CINT SaaS environment has been designed with security, high-availability and performance in mind.
  • All servers, services and networks are monitored 24/7 by both CINT and our hosting partner with operation teams on continuous availability.
  • Cint OpinionHUB uses Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) for access security.

How can you access your information?

You can access your profile information in order to change/alter through our designated login portal at Login Page on entering your login credentials (provided at the time of registration).

How can I opt out?

We respect your choice. If you decide not to participate in our surveys anymore, you can unregister using the Unsubscribe link, embedded/provided in all survey invite emails along with a link to this Privacy Policy or through the login portal.

Working with children and young adults:

We comply with ESOMAR’s guidelines on interviewing children. In case of patient surveys conducted amongst children, we secure permission from the parents/guardian and the interview is conducted in their presence.
